Location: the hotel was close to the city center, the sound of the waterfall, and the wildlife. The staff members were super-friendly and suggested local places. The standard family room I booked was brand-new.

The hotel is located really close to the mountains and Nine Arches Bridge. I explored Mount Heaven, which is located within a short distance from the property. - I loved the brand-new rooms, they were in good clean condition.

Our rooms were in good clean condition and the location was stunning, right next to nature with the sound of a waterfall nearby and close to a 4am hike and the nine arches bridge.
